All products listed/seen online are subject to availability. Everything seen is physically sitting in our brick-and-mortar stores and have the potential to be sold both in-store and online at same time. We do our best to keep up, but it can happen. In the case your online order was sold in-store the customer may select substitute items, special order the item, or be promptly refunded.
We offer FREE domestic shipping on all orders over $79, within the Continental U.S. All orders less than $79 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $7.75. Items that will not be receiving free shipping are, surfboards, blanks etc. Free shipping does not apply to some special promotions, discounted items, and international shipping. Your item must be in new condition with receipt/invoice/order email and is within 30 days of purchase date. Before you ship your item back to us, one must contact our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org). The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to send items back to us as well as original shipping and we are happy to send a return label. We are not responsible for any lost items in transit. For international orders we will not provide a return label, customers will need to provide their own shipping label.
