Your submission
We receive your specs and deposit. We review and confirm within 48h — dimensions, fin system, any questions before we start.
02
Shaping
Blank cut and shaped to your dimensions. Machine-assisted for precision, hand-finished for feel. You get a confirmation when shaping is done.
03
Glassing & finish
Fiberglass laid, resin applied, tint and graphics executed. Gloss, polish, or sanded finish applied. Fin boxes set.
04
QC & ship
Structural and visual inspection. Balance due collected. Board ships within 24h of clearance — tracking sent immediately.

Current lead time is 6–8 weeks from deposit to ship. That can move depending on order volume — we'll give you an honest estimate when we confirm your build.

You get a confirmation email. We review your specs and reply within 48h with any questions or adjustments.
Wk 1–2
Shaping
Blank cut and shaped. You get a notification when shaping is complete.
Wk 3–6
Glassing & finish
Lamination, color, finish, and QC. Timeline depends on finish complexity.
Ready
Balance + ship
Balance due. Ships within 24h of payment. Tracking sent immediately.

Can I change my specs after I submit?
Dimensions can be adjusted before shaping starts — usually the first 48h window. After shaping begins, major changes aren't possible. Minor tweaks to finish or graphics can happen later. If you're unsure about something, tell us in the notes field and we'll sort it before we cut.
How do I know if my dimensions are right for me?
The range on this page covers where most surfers land for this shape. If you want a second opinion before we start, say so in the notes — we'll reach out after your deposit. We'd rather get it right than build the wrong board.
What if I don't like it when it arrives?
Custom boards can't be returned — they were built to your spec. That's why we confirm everything before shaping starts. If there's a manufacturing defect or something we got wrong on our end, we'll make it right. If it's a preference issue, we'll talk through it honestly.
Can I get a stock board instead while I wait?
Yes — check the stock board page. We usually have boards in the water range you'd be looking at. Some people grab a stock board to surf while their custom is being built.
