PureGlass started with one idea — that a serious manufacturing operation didn't have to choose between scale and quality. Twenty years later, the factory still runs on that same conviction.
From machine cutting and ghost shaping to advanced composite construction and distribution, the entire production pipeline lives under one roof on Placentia Ave. No outsourcing. No shortcuts. Every board that leaves here carries the same standard.
The team is made up of craftsmen who have spent careers in board building. Carbon foil boards alongside grom shortboards. Art boards alongside production runs for major brands. All of it, in one place.

Costa Mesa. Full production from blank to finished board under one roof.
2008
Epoxy & composite construction
EPS/epoxy room opens. Carbon fiber work begins for foil boards and SUPs. More space is taken to accomodate larger boards.
2012
Distribution operation launches
LAX airfreight + SoCal van delivery. Major brand partnerships established.
2016
In-house airbrush studio
Dedicated Airbrusher on staff, all services now under one roof.
2023
Retail store + supplies catalog
Shop opens to shapers, builders, and the public. Supplies go online.
