Orange Crush | Allison Roberts - Banana Clip

Allison Roberts has spent 25 years designing for surf and skate — cutting patterns in downtown LA, creative directing shoots around the world, bringing color and story to some of the biggest names in the industry. She studied Cultural Anthropology and Fashion Design, and both still show in everything she makes: a deep respect for texture, for handwork, for the objects and places that carry meaning.

Today she works from The Village Surf House on the California coast, making ceramics, shaping spaces, and collaborating with people who care about craft. She grew up between New York and Venice Beach in the '80s and '90s, found surfing in the central coast towns of SLO and Santa Cruz, and never looked back. The ocean became her compass — guiding where she traveled, how she designed, and eventually leading her to a surf shop in Santa Monica, where 20 years later she and her husband are raising two daughters who both surf.

The Allison Roberts Limited Fin Series is three designs, one release. Each colorway was developed by Allison, drawing from her world of collected textures, coastal light, and the quiet beauty of imperfect things.
