Shipping

We offer FREE domestic shipping on select orders over $79, within the Continental U.S. All orders less than $79 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $10.95. Items that will not be receiving free shipping are, surfboards, blanks, fiberglass rolls, resin, travel surfboard bags, etc. Free shipping does not apply to some special promotions, discounted items, Hawaii, Alaska and international shipping. We redeem ourselves by offering not only domestic but international shipping for all your needs, see below for rates/procedure. Got questions, we got answers, contact sales@pureglass.com.

Returns 

Your item must be in new condition with receipt/invoice/order email and is within 30 days of purchase date. Before you ship your item back to us, you must contact our customer service (sales@pureglass.com). The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to send items back to us as well as original shipping. We are happy to send a return label but please note that cost will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for any lost items in transit. For international orders we will not provide a return label, customers will need to provide their own shipping label. All sales are final on surfboards, blanks, cut fiberglass, carbon, resin, clearance items and board bags. No returns will be accepted for those items.
